ArcHealth Foundation Inc. (“ArcHealth”) values your privacy and is committed to providing you with transparency and control over your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we obtain, how we may use that information, with whom we may share it, how we protect it, and the choices you can make about our use of the information. This Privacy Policy applies to the personal information we obtain through your use of our website, arc-health.org, and other websites that link to this Privacy Policy (the “Site”); during live interactions such as phone calls, events, and surveys;and through our third-party sources, such as, advertising and social media networks (collectively referred to as the “Channels”). PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED

We may gather personal information about you through various Channels. The types of personal data we collect may include:

  • Contact details (such as name, telephone number, mailing address, and email address)

  • Demographic details (such as gender and date of birth)

  • Other personal information included in the content you choose to share with us

If you decide to make a gift to ArcHealth, whether by telephone, postal mail, or this Site, we may also collect additional details related to your contribution, such as payment information (including credit or debit card or bank account numbers). For planned gifts, we may also collect information such as your Social Security number (as required by law) and estate documentation. If you apply for a job at ArcHealth, we also may collect your resume which may include information such as your work experience and education history.

These services collect information to show you ads tailored to your individual interests. The information that ad services may collect includes data about your visits to websites where our ads appear, such as the pages or ads you view and the actions you take on the websites or apps.   4. in connection with mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, or other corporate transactions involvingArcHealth,

We also may share donation-related information, such as information about charitable gift annuities, with the Internal Revenue Service. 

In addition, if you choose to include your personal information (such as your phone number and home address) when you sign petitions, join groups or otherwise attach your personal information to our initiatives, such information may be displayed on our Site or otherwise publicly available. Such displayed personal information will not, however, include your contact information (such as your street address, email, phone number).

Your personal information will not be shared, leased or sold to other organizations for fundraising purposes, unless you have provided ArcHealth with specific permission to do so or as otherwise disclosed in this policy. ArcHealth will not send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations.

LINKS AND THIRD PARTY WEB SITES

The Site contains hyperlinks or “links” to other sites, including access to content, products and services of our affiliated and non-affiliated sites. For example, online donations to ArcHealth are facilitated by our non-affiliated service provider. When you follow links on our Site you may be directed to a third-party web site, which is subject to a separate privacy policy and other terms and conditions. In some cases, these other web sites are made available via “framing technology” and may appear to be part of our Site. We urge you to familiarize yourself with the individual privacy policies and other terms for each linked or framed site prior to submitting any personal information. We are not responsible for the data collection, privacy and information sharing policies and procedures or the content of such web sites.

CHILDREN’S PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Site is designed for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. The Site does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13.
